Real Estate Data for Free

Today we talked about www.netronline.com. This site allows you to access real estate data from around the country.



















Click "Public Records Online" from menu

Then click state on Map












Then choose from the list of counties in the state you clicked.





Then choose "Go to Data Online".

  3. Prof. Sistrunk, thanks much for this resource. I usually result to Zillow for looking up this sort of information however this is more database-centric and ready to be exported into and manipulated in Excel. Even for people who wouldn't consider real estate from a career or even investment standpoint - as we enter our careers and begin to procure real estate just to live in(ideally in multiple locales, right?), this is a great tool to make sure you're not getting ripped off.
